• Your creator username or name.
• The URL of your submitted gameplay video.
• The number and identities of participants in your video.

We do not require individual Steam account details from every participant.

Information submitted through the Creator Program is used to:

• Review and verify video submissions.
• Confirm participant eligibility.
• Prevent fraudulent or duplicate submissions.
• Communicate with the submitting creator.
• Deliver approved Steam keys to the submitting creator’s email address.
• Maintain records of approved submissions and distributed rewards.

We do not sell participants’ personal information.

Information will not be shared with third parties except where reasonably necessary to operate the program, distribute rewards, comply with legal obligations or protect against fraud.

Submission information will be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the Creator Program, distribute rewards, maintain appropriate records and comply with applicable legal obligations.
